“Terracota” is the line of lamps that are constructed with turned clay on a pottery wheel. The pieces are formed from the experimentation of the material and the technique of the artist. In the ending stages, the pieces are mixed with materials such as wood and aluminum in order to create a counterpoint on the edge of the lamp. This irregular edge of the lamp creates a “play” of light and shadow, which can be utilized on terraces or for more intimate spaces such as in restaurants, bars.
