FISH STOOL
Is part of the mutare collection, which are functional sculptures, each of them is a testimony to the fusion of utility and craftsmanship. These pieces emerg from a meticulous artisanal process in plaster, where their organic forms allow for the creation of molds, resulting in limited reproductions in differents materials.
Abel plays with organic forms and transformative concepts. Each piece can be seen as a sculpture that inhabits a space, or as a functional object, challenging the viewer to reconsider the everyday relationship between beauty, intention and form.
